Pros

1-1 visits with patients, My coworkers, Other staff within the building

Cons

Upper management, many expectations not made clear from the beginning, no paid holidays or bonuses at all, constantly questioned and threatened with changing your position to part-time or PRN if your hours & productivity standards are not met,

Thank you for your feedback. While we're glad that you enjoyed 1:1 visits with residents and had great co-workers and community staff, we’re incredibly disappointed to read that a leadership change impacted your work environment. That runs counter to the type of experience we want for our employees. If you would be willing to further discuss your concerns, we would be grateful if you would reach out to our HR team. Thank you again — we wish you the best.

Pros

The work is satisfying. Working in ALF is great because it is working in their own home setting.

Cons

You are dependent on the rehab director of the building to help build the caseload, and often times they do not get compensation that motivates them to do that. The area directors do not have a good pulse on what the clinic director is actually doing; it’s not managed well.
