Pros

85% of the agents are pleasant to deal with it. The virtual assistants that they hire in the Philippines are wonderful, hardworking people.

Cons

There is absolutely no respect or value shown from leadership to the support staff. You will become the dumping ground for meaningless tasks that add to your expected work day/time without any compensation. The Transaction Coordinator job description is highly inaccurate compared to the expectations. The CEO takes a “shoot, ready, aim” philosophy to all things new (her own words) which creates frustration and confusion internally, and leads to issues externally with clients and advertising that could have serious legal consequences. If you want to be threatened every day that your job is not stable because of the market while you watch the company spend millions of dollars on buildings, parties, and trips, then this is the team for you!
