Pros

The team (by team I do not mean the CEO or any one in management..) but the actual team of coworkers everyday are amazing. Seriously the sweetest and most caring group of people to work with

Base salary, let’s start there. 11$ an hour? That’s the pay - it’s actually extremely sad. The CEO talks about how amazing her house is and her car and says we (ISA department) have brought it almost 1b of revenue for HER team but yet we are barely being paid enough to keep the lights on or the water running in our own homes? Disheartening to say the least - sad to say I won’t be staying at this job long. Employees come in at 8 am and sometimes don’t leave until 10pm working hard trying to generate revenue for your company!! Work like balance ??? What even is that

awful structure, disorganized all the time and chaotic environment, lots of toxic "encouragement" with zero leadership accountability of failures.
