Painful Company - Anonymous employee Empower IT Systems Employee Review

Its a management driven Company. HR does not know their own formed policies. They harass people here. Team Lead, Management are bureaucrat. HR works only for management and not employee. People abscond here, due to their killing dealings and inhuman behavior. You can't be late for a single minute, otherwise it would be marked as short leave. No half days on emergency.. nothing. End of personal life. Office timing is very odd. It is highly frustrating working here. NO INCENTIVES.
