Every second is tracked and documented. I was with Prudential before the merger and had a great time working there. It all went downhill once I was officially on the Empower system. It got to the point where I was questioned at Empower for going to the bathroom outside of my scheduled break time 3 times in a month. I was even questioned for pausing to blow my nose or sneeze. The metric numbers that they go by are getting increasingly more strict which has led to a high number of turnover. The job is easy but being tracked and questioned like this felt like slave work. If you care about your mental health, stay far far away from Empower.
