Cons
Time off can be a bit of a double edge sword, as while "responsible PTO" is construed to be more generous than regular accrual-based PTO, the amount of work it takes to prepare and repair from time away from the office, often discourages people in the implementation team from actually using time off. Competitors are starting to offer a bit better pay for similar roles.
