Pros
The company experienced continued growth over the years and in turn gives yearly bonuses. The culture is fun, benefits are great. After 18 months of employment, employees can try to change departments for increased pay if their performance has been good. Employees are nice and happy for the most part.
Cons
Pay is relatively low. Weekly mandatory overtime became constant, so work-life balance is unhealthy. Middle management will ask for your feedback and then argue as to why the company will not make any recommended changes. If any changes are made it takes years for the company to enact those changes. For example, they just joined Facebook in 2014, and to them it was a big deal.
