Some good people working to make a difference for our government and DoD
Cons
Senior leadership keeps changing strategies to show the street they are making positive changes without much actual effect. Much of their talent has left and the company leaders who have made a difference were let go. Many of the new hires are from CSC reflecting the COO's past role at CSC. It is a very destabilizing environment contributing to poor morale. Also, the amount of leave time awarded per year is low for the industry.
