Administrative Assistant - Anonymous employee Empower AI Employee Review

When this company was small it was a great place to work. We celebrated important events. Now it is larger and the comeradery isn't there. The training is awful and basically you have to learn on the fly. This is government contract work and after working here more than 10 years we have lost our contract and CMS confidence in us. I am now facing unemployment in a few days NCI does not give severance pay. That might be due to the millions of dollars imbezeled. That imbezelment cost the jobs of 200 people.
