Pros
It's a paycheck, a small one but a paycheck.
Cons
Just about everything. They will bid on contracts with a below basement number just to win said contract then force you to take a 10 to 20K a year pay cut. In doing this, they lose much of the top-tier talent they have and end up trying to hire replacements who will work for the meager wages they offer. You get what you pay for. The benefits are as good as the pay.
