Pros
- Supportive HR, leadership and colleagues - EI genuinely care about their employees on a personal and professional level, they care about your growth and happiness in your role - Honesty is appreciated - you're not going to get thrown under the bus or ridiculed for bringing new ideas or not knowing how to do something - Inclusive and diverse workforce - Employee engagement and flexibility is at the forefront which is essential for a largely remote workforce - Opportunities for career progression and movement within the company
Cons
- While I love the flexibility of working from home (and in a different state!) WFH can take it's toll and it can feel a bit isolating. EI does a lot to combat this, and does it really well, so really, this isn't a reflection on the company, more my desire to be closer to the team sometimes!
