Thorough training is provided for new employees, so people have time to learn instead of being thrown into unfamiliar work right away. The company promotes from within, which creates opportunities for growth as the company expands. The CEO regularly holds company-wide meetings to share updates on how the company is doing, what has been accomplished, and where the organization is headed. Not many companies provide this kind of transparency to all employees.

The medical and dental benefits can be expensive for the coverage offered. While the training provided is extensive and well-paced, there is a lot to learn related to the technology and insurance industry standards, which can feel overwhelming when starting out.
