Pros
I worked for a company acquired by Employee Navigator. There were a lot of things that changed at the start and a lot of feelings about the acquisition. In the time since we were acquired, Navigator has not only given me opportunities, leadership training and increased my salary but they have given paths for advancement that I never saw at the prior organization. They also have a good 401K match and there are stock options.
Cons
Right now there is a bit of a stall for career advancement for my team as we continue to blend two platforms. The dental insurance as echoed in other reviews is not easy for your dentist to understand and can mean out of pocket payments for reimbursement from the insurance.
