Management is weak and it’s easy to get by for months without anyone noticing that you do not know what you were hired to do.
Cons
Weak management that need a major overhaul. After a years worth of RIFs of hardworking and knowledgeable IT employees, there are managers and directors still at the company who have no business doing what their titles say they should know.

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs
Cons
So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
