When I first joined EmployBridge in 2022, the work-life balance and company culture were outstanding. However, everything changed drastically in 2023. The company’s focus shifted away from valuing employees and talent. They started prioritizing numbers, cost-cutting, and deflecting instead.
I survived multiple rounds of layoffs starting in March 2024, but the constant uncertainty created a stressful work environment. There was no merit increase for the year, yet employees were expected to take on more responsibilities with fewer resources. The workload became overwhelming, and any concerns raised were met with deflection—often making it seem like we weren’t doing enough. Favoritism was evident, and the frequent changes only added to the instability.
Additionally, our benefits, once excellent, declined significantly due to cost-cutting measures. While I’m grateful for the knowledge and experience I gained, the best decision I made in 2025 was leaving EmployBridge.
