A Company in Decline – Avoid Ownership at All Costs - Information Technology Employbridge Employee Review

Pros

If you master strategic inertia (staying visible but not essential, engaged but not accountable), you can do well here. The company does a great job of painting a rosy picture of the future, which can be comforting if you don’t look too closely at the present. If you’re allergic to ownership or accountability, you’ll fit right in.

Cons

Bureaucratic Rot has fully set in. Decision-making prioritizes short-term optics over long-term strategy. The company rewards self-preservation over problem-solving—initiative is often punished, and avoiding responsibility is the safest career move. Technology and operational decisions exist in an aspirational state, where leadership speaks of an idealized future without a viable plan to get there. A culture of "not my job" has taken hold, ensuring that critical issues are left unaddressed indefinitely.

Pros

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs

Cons

So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
