Pros

Get you a job quickly and not a lot of wait between jobs. Excellent people to work for, if you dont mind working.

Cons

Some of their jobs will work you until they dont need you anymore and some will always work you and KEEP YOU ON TEMPORARY. Which means no paid vacation and time off must be begged for so the company doesnt fire you. Same amount of pay. ect.

Thank you for the review. We offer far more than minimum wage to all of our applicants, we have never had minimum wage positions. Unfortunately we (like all staffing agencies) are not able to dictate to our clients that they must hire anyone who has been with them for more than 4 months. The nature of temporary work is that it is temporary - some positions do go permanent but generally they are presented to the candidate that way, whereas temporary (or fixed term contract) roles are presented as they are, temporary. I believe the review that you gave was for Staffing Solutions in Tennessee - we are Staffing Solutions Inc in St Louis, MO.

Pros

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs

Cons

So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
