Pros

Enjoyed the clients I work with and the operations team supporting those clients

Cons

Decisions made by leadership to remove top performing accounts has negatively impacted me financially. Also leading to decreased revenue for the company and complete loss of clients no longer being serviced by me. I’ve been a consistent top performing rep and company no longer celebrates revenue production. Activity is recognized over GP$ production. EmployBridge is a company I gave my all too and am being pushed out. New head of sales pushes everything through management who couldn’t sell ice to an Eskimo.

Pros

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs

Cons

So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
