Pros

Wonderful clients, and associates. As long as you keep your commitments and make yourself accessible to reach. They are wonderful and so appreciative.

Cons

Employbridge seems to be disconnected with the "little guys" The employees that dedicate years because they care for the employees and clients. We have become a number on a piece of paper. If your numbers are not good, watch out. I can safely say apart from my immediate supervisor. Management would not think twice about firing you on Christmas! That is why they are successful. they have truly disconnected from the people. Frequent layoffs, you never know what kind of manager you will get next. Poor management style

Really like people I work with daily and Enjoy my customers.

Cons

They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
