6yAn ex-employee, in front of the Bangalore labour officer, admitted to writing these reviews while requesting to be re-instated in the company.
She was terminated for violation of state laws and tax laws that resulted in breach of company code of conduct, employment contract, and tri-party agreement.
Following review guidelines, we are not mentioning the name of the employee and do not intend to harm her in any way. However, we need to protect our reputation and hence this response.
For everyone who may be interested in our company, services or employment - we as a company provide a lot of flexibility to employees to take care of their personal situations but expect basic work ethics, integrity, and performance standards.
But, policy and legal breaches that put the company at risk of non-compliance with authorities are non-negotiable.
We welcome reviews and use them as opportunities to learn and grow, not claiming to get everything right all the time.
