Excellent place to work. Everyone is nice, friendly, and helpful. You don't have to feel shy or hesitant while asking simple questions. They are happy to help—plenty of room for personal growth and learning new skills.

Nothing serious. You have to ask for more tasks if you want to take full advantage of working in a biotech company and are hungry to learn more skills. Somedays, are slow, and nothing much to do. You don't want it when you are trying to build your career.
