      Horrible Communication with in the company. Employee support at time is at a bare minimum or not at all. No one trusts or has faith in management.

      Pros

      I can't really think of any pros. There are some really nice employees there, with emphasis on some.

      Cons

      Low pay, low moral, terrible management team, poor benefits, family owned and run. This is a place you work at if your are starting your career or ending it. Not a place to work when you have any career value. The management team has no clue about how to run a company. They are knowledgeable about printing, I will give them that. But, they have no clue about anything else. Very high turnover!
