      - must commit to the same session day/time for a year, which can be tough since its part time job

      Pros

      As a relatively new tutor, felt super supported & understood by admin! Jody is well-connected and is excellent at matching like-minded tutors and students. I am a working artist and EE was the best part-time gig I've had!

      Cons

      Can take some time to build a student base, although this was communicated at the start.
