      -good work life balance -approachable boss -team spirit -nice office -hybrid and flexible sched -with a separate support team- admin, cad operators, purchasing team

      -no OT policy -hmo benefits after 3 years in the company

      Pros

      -Great opportunity to work on high end projects and clients to build connections. -Experience the whole design phase and learn to become independent.

      Cons

      -No benefits (HMO, etc) -There’s no yearly raise unless you ask—and keep reminding them. -Toxic environment and power struggle in the office. -Unfortunately, there have also been incidents of gaslighting.
