Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your feedback, though the lack of description doesn't give us enough to work with for improvements. The cons of the job does come as a surprise as well; Any role, in any sector, would experience its busy periods, and while we do have Team members that work hard during peak periods, i.e, holiday camps, competitions, etc, they are fairly compensated. We have a track record of low attrition rates amongst full-time staff, and have cultivated positive relationships with both current and previous staff alike. Ex-employees, whether they be perm staff, freelancers or interns, have returned to help out with the Team, on an ad-hoc basis. We value a culture of open communication, where employees can raise their concerns with Management directly. If you're not opposed to it, we would like to invite you to share your grievances with us in detail. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous and not step forward, we fully respect this. Regardless of whether you intend to stay with us to enjoy our air-conditioning, or to leave us soon, we wish you all the best. Warm Regards, Empire Code Ops

Pros

The kids are fun to teach I guess.

Cons

Lack of structured feedback during probation. Feedback at 1 month was positive, but termination occurred at 3 months with no prior warnings or performance improvement plan. Training culture is inconsistent; senior staff can be dismissive of questions ('figure it out' approach).
