Dear Reviewer, thank you for your feedback. We have done the best to ensure that all employees are comfortable with their given job scopes. Management does check-in frequently on staff to ensure that they are comfortable with the training process, and that they are coping efficiently with their workload. Unfortunately, there have been one or two instances where employee(s) were not keen to share their grievances with their direct supervisors, despite repeated check-ins and assurances that grievances can be openly communicated. Our management and supervisors are open to feedback and do take the welfare of employees seriously. While we would have preferred for employees to be honest and open with us, we understand that this isn’t always possible.
