Pros
Im not sure of any Pros. When I went in for the "interview" before even speaking with me, they did a drug test. Then within the 1st month they did 6 more drug tests...every. single. one. came back negative. The referral bonuses are jokes and they state that if you quit you have to sale your headset back to them for $4 (you originally pay $48) but its almost been a year and I have yet to see my $4....if they're hurting that bad for money then keep it but just let us know
Cons
Once you get trained as tech support, they move you to collections and explain if you don't go to collections then you'd be fired. You ha d too clock out to use the restroom, break and lunch. A game room, tv's and all the extras were promised but all we had was 1 food truck a week š, 1 small tv that stayed on music channel, 2 huge industrial fridges but 2 tiny microwaves... and vending machines.
