Pros

Empatica is probably one of the most meaningful and engaging companies you can find around, we design our products from the hardware to the algorithms with a good focus on quality and user experience. Here you have the possibilty and responsibility to make choices that has a strong impact on both the company and the final users of this technology. The team is full of brilliant minds that's why the hiring process takes a lot of time, we want to be sure to get the best profiles that can lever up the product aswell as the company culture. Last but not least, working on improving people lives in an innovative way is probably one of the best jobs you can aim for.

Cons

Being a young and fast growing company makes people works on several different projects, the pace is high aswell as the responsibilities you will be asked to take. If you're in search of your comfort-job this is not the company you're looking for.

Pros

Empatica does an amazing job of hiring individuals who work well together and really enjoy one another - a group of thoughtful, fun, and smart people, working toward building technology to improve healthcare. Plus excellent coffee and an annual retreat to Sardinia!

Cons

There are still some growing pains as the company scales, but they are increasingly bringing in more senior management to improve decision making and organizational structure.
