The staff structure is parallel which also means that a harmonious team atmosphere can be easily felt. The tasks are challenging and there is also the opportunity to grow and gain experience by taking the lead, proposing ideas and taking responsibility for projects.

The boundaries of responsibility is sometimes blurred and sometimes work a bit longer as yes it’s a start up, this is why challenging.
