      Benefits are great Time off flexibility

      Cons

      Management Promotions are not handled fairly No room for growth If you move to another position-your pay will only go up a certain percentage no matter what the pay is for the job you applied for.

      The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
