      Pros

      The work was pretty easy and low stakes. I met a few good people who I would call friends.

      Cons

      Emory has a very obtuse vertical structure that makes change happen at a glacial pace. Nobody's voice at the bottom is heard and the management is totally disconnected from the lives of its staff.

      The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
