      Pros

      supportive culture, interesting colleagues and programs, university setting .... fairly secure employment if you are contributing well.

      Cons

      issues with work-life balance, parking is limited and transport to campus is mainly car --no real public transport. not a place that advances people quickly-either in title or salary.

      Flexible hours, schedule, heavy case work

      Cons

      The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
