      World renown research, excellence in teaching, flexible academic environment, cheap city living, excellent collaborative research environment, not an ivory tower.

      Cons

      Impossible administration. Burgeoning admin numbers are wasting money and impeding the staff and faculty from doing their jobs. Expensive administrators are choking the institution.
