Pros
I work on a great team. There are many learning opportunities on site. I am involved in very interesting cases. There is opportunity for professional growth. I have wonderful administrative support.
Cons
It is a large system, and it can be difficult to navigate some aspects of employment -- training, obtaining equipment (computers and other electronics). Finding space for clinical practice can be difficult, as is ensuring you have front desk support staff to meet patient needs consistently.
