Pros
Met interesting people, many intelligent and unique. Cool location in downtown SF Solid amount of PTO
Cons
Tough to let it all out in a positive /respectful way, but here we go: *Exec team is uninterested or inspired, cashed in early and floating w/ tech that is highly dated if not insignificant. *On the sales realm... hard to begin. Worst SVP ever. Inexperienced and threatened at any feedback or marketplace intel. They are long gone as well mind you. Commission is not up to par for sellers. Goals make zero sense at all. Started w/ literally a nonexistent book, but had a 100'sk to a quarterly goal ?? For almost 75% of my time the team had no marketing help as well. Weird thing was sales was 5-6 people without SVP carrying a bag, but we were supposed to make up $20million in a year to apparently keep the big wigs afloat in SF. Literally the CTO just stopped working for months, but if I questioned any replacement that was instantly shot down and scorned. Sales is there cover the hemorrhage of negative results yearly as they are backed by Ericsson ... potentially as a loss write off? Only thing I can understand imo.
