buon ambiente per chi vuole arrivare alla pensione facendo sempre le stesse cose con stress contenuto e programma statico (sempre uguale dai primi anni 90 e poco innovativo coi tempi) da imparare una volta per sempre.

Ambiente a primo impatto che sembra molto accogliente salvo rivelare col tempo invidia e "sparlottamenti" alle spalle dei colleghi senza un team leader di riferimento che sappia cogliere le situazioni (burnout, soft-mobbing) e gestire il team adeguatamente.
