I don't appreciate that they don't pay well enough

Provides a chance to provide your service in different parts of the country or environment. And for someone passionate about tutoring, it could be fulfilling

Insane timetable hours could prove to much for1 or 2 staff... Limited hands also affect the class administration especially in schools where the student may prove difficult to handle The pay is not encouraging
