The management team doesn't listen to feedback. We claim to be a place with a lot of transparency but in reality we are just told everything is going well and we are on the verge of a huge partnership or winning a bunch of customers when none of it actually happens. We all know the market is difficult but the founders need to take ownership of what's going on and not just constantly blame the market. Things have been going badly a lot longer than the market has been.
