Pros
No two days are the same, we are moving at such a pace that there's always a new adventure to be part of. You often hear it said there, is no such thing as failure, but at Emitwise there really isn't. We pursue ideas, iterate on them and learn from our findings. If I were to say one final thing I joined during a national lockdown, but even while working remotely I still feel part of a team. We talk a lot and I feel comfortable reaching out to anyone whenever I need to.
Cons
If you are looking for a 9-5, this isn't for you. We are very mission driven to accelerate the transition to a zero carbon world, and that means putting in the hard work. Hours can be long and when you are in work you're expected to be very present. That's not a negative for me, but it's not for everyone.
