Pros

Nice views from office, too bad you'll never look.

Cons

Ever wonder where those students who always mooch off of other students during school went after graduation? Well I found out, they all wind up at HED! Everything, and I mean absolutely everything, is determined by whether you're in the in-clique or the out-clique. Worse, the in-clique covers for their own and dumps the work on everyone else, so the dead weight never gets cut. Ever wonder where those students went after college? They go to HED and sit on their behind day after day! Then there's the rivalry between the west coast, Chicago, and Detroit offices. Let's just say west coast and Detroit are run completely differently than Chicago, and it shows. Detroit is profitable, Chicago is not. Chicago is floundering and trying to mooch jobs off of Detroit (see a pattern?), and recent layoffs show that the effort hasn't been successful. Very top heavy management that's out of touch.

Pros

salary on time (before) i dont know now

Cons

Some old employees are doing nothing but received good salaries than those who work really hard. Some positions can be maximized by 1 person but they put 2 persons to work on the same task. They cant remove this person because they are with the company for long time.
