Pros

Nothing as such.. I worked in more than 3 companies I have 5+ experience and this was the first time I left within 7 days.. Never had dreamt also

Cons

All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. No project 5.they only design their company's website for 5-6 times because they don't have project to work
