Good for starting - Executive Eminent Group Employee Review

As an extractor, being able to work with state of the art equipment is great. But equipment only gets you so far. People are great, boss is very smart and easy to get along with.

Science is lacking. Many issues that resulted in multiple confrontations could have been mitigated by implementing proper science and R&D. Many times issues would be brought up, with anticipated outcomes. Usually ignored. As a lead tech, all problems fall on you. Regardless of if they were your fault or not. Hours are lacking. They can give you a workload that will take 12 hours and expect it to be done in 8. Then punish you for to much overtime. Other times you may show up for work only for them to tell you there’s no work. Many times going for weeks with no work and no pay. If you have bills to pay, this is not the job for you unless you have other sources of income. Also there are no benefits whatsoever.
