As management schedule your interview rounds back-to-back, ask for immediate joining, and make it look urgent. But once all rounds are cleared — especially when the interview goes really well — they suddenly become invisible with endless lame excuses. No proper updates, no responses to calls, nothing.
Candidates invest their time, preparation, and knowledge seriously. If a company cannot maintain basic communication or respect for applicants after multiple rounds, it reflects poorly on their hiring process.
