      It’s a place to work

      not our CEO wearing a Jumeirah Golf Estates sweater during a quarterly update. We reduce headcount, force early retirement, don’t pay are people fairly, hiring freeze, do more with less but I’m over here wearing a sweater that shows my wealth, exclusivity and luxury. It’s tone deaf.

      Great people and great culture of safety first.

      Corporate games. Due to size sometimes it takes a long time to get processes changed.
