Pros
I feel I gained an excellent education in best in class datacenter design. There were a wide variety of products and services that I could sell and gain expertise in.
Cons
There is definately a limit on compensation at Emerson. The compensation encourages a culture of mediocrity and complacency. I wonder about the future of products that Liebert/emerson manufactures.
