The company has been in existence a long time, and has many experienced problem solvers from which to gain knowledge. There is a culture of win-win that enables solid customer relationships.
Cons
Still many silos of information not readily shared unless you know the right person to ask. Like every large company, there are a few bad apples that can be avoided by careful career planning.
