Pros
Pay is good and the benefits are OK. I've learned more about 3 phase power
Cons
Management doesn't seem to care about anything but the stock holders bottom line. Communication is horrific. I feel disrespected by most of the management. Training is pathetic. Most of production is moving to Mexico. They treat hourly workers bad and salary only slightly better. Most of my opinions is shared by my coworkers.
