Good place to work if you want to get in touch with other industry minds and network from there. Lots of brilliant and talented people to work with.
Cons
Almost no personal growth. Any promotions available are micromanaged by the most useless HR department ever created. Almost all new engineering functions are done overseas and most production either has or is being transitioned to Mexico.
