Strong emphasis on collaborative culture and continuous improvement. Management is approachable and interested in everyone's opinions. Recently they improved vacation benefits company wide.
Cons
Networking is relied on too much for promotions rather than work experience and work ethic. It can feel like "your grandfather's company" at times.
