Flexible and challenging work environment. You are basically working on your own. Benefits are pretty much the same as equivalent companies. Pay is OK
Cons
Lack of leadership. Poor managers throughout. Run like F Troop. High deductable medical. Part of the Emerson conglomerate, which is not a good thing. (Emerson president sends out politically polarizing emails)
